This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, the user accepts this Legal Notice, as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other published policies, which form an integral part hereof. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.

Purchases are governed by the Terms and Conditions of sale and by the accepted quote. In the event of any conflict, those documents shall prevail over this Legal Notice.

7. PERMITTED USE

In the event of any breach, Ciaespinoza.com may suspend access, cancel orders and take the corresponding legal action.

8. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE IN THE CUSTOMER'S COUNTRY

8.1 The customer is responsible for verifying that the products can be legally imported, owned, installed and operated in their country and locality, and for obtaining the necessary licenses, permits, certifications and registrations.

8.2 By way of example, depending on the product, the following may apply in Mexico: Mexican official standards (NOM); COFEPRIS registrations or permits for medical devices; IFT type approval for radio communication or wireless equipment; AFAC regulations for drones; and municipal or health permits to operate vending machines. Equivalent regulations apply in other countries.

8.3 In DDP transactions, Ciaespinoza.com handles import clearance. The use, installation and operation of the product, as well as the corresponding permits, remain the customer's responsibility.

9. EXPORT CONTROLS AND SANCTIONS

9.1 The customer represents that they are not included on any national or international sanctions list, and that they will not use, resell or re-export the products in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

9.2 Ciaespinoza.com may reject or cancel, without any liability, transactions intended for restricted countries, persons or uses, or involving products subject to special controls (for example, certain sensors, lasers or drones).

10. IDENTITY VERIFICATION AND PREVENTION OF UNLAWFUL TRANSACTIONS

10.1 To protect our customers and comply with applicable law, including the Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita (Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions with Funds of Illicit Origin), we may request official identification, proof of address, tax status certificate (constancia de situación fiscal), articles of incorporation, the representative's powers of attorney and, where applicable, information on the source of funds.

10.2 We may reject payments made by third parties other than the customer, and may suspend or cancel transactions when the requested information is not provided or there are indications of fraud or unlawful activity, with a refund to the originating account where appropriate.

The user agrees that emails, WhatsApp messages, forms, Site records and other data messages are fully valid as a means of communication, consent and evidence, in accordance with the Código de Comercio (Commercial Code) and applicable law. 15. PERSONAL DATA

18.3 For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled by reason of their present or future domicile, unless mandatory law applicable to consumers provides otherwise.

19. LANGUAGE, SEVERABILITY AND AMENDMENTS

19.1 This Legal Notice is drafted in Spanish. In the event of translations, the Spanish version shall prevail.

19.2 If any provision is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.3 Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

19.4 Ciaespinoza.com may amend this Legal Notice at any time. The version in effect shall be the one published on the Site.
