Frequently asked questions
What kinds of products can you import?
Virtually any product or equipment made in China: vending machines, machinery, medical equipment, technology, spare parts, supplies and more. If it's not in our catalog, send us the link, photo or model and we'll quote it. The product must be legally importable into your country.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We sell in Mexico and ship worldwide. Air shipping takes 15 to 30 business days and sea shipping 30 to 60 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipping time starts once the order is paid in full.
How do I buy a vending machine or a made-to-order product?
Request a custom quote. Once you accept it, you pay a 50% deposit to start manufacturing. When manufacturing is complete we send you photos or video, you pay the remaining 50% and we schedule shipping.
How long does it take to manufacture a machine?
Usually 15 to 45 days, depending on the machine model.
Can I pay 100% online?
Yes. In addition to the 50% deposit option, you can pay the full amount directly in our store with secure checkout.
Does the price include import taxes? (DDP, DAP, CIF and FOB)
In Mexico, yes. Our prices are DDP: they include import taxes and duties, and you don't have to handle any customs paperwork.
In other countries, depending on the country and the case, we quote under one of these terms:
DDP: all-inclusive to your destination, with import taxes and duties paid.
DAP: delivered to your destination; you handle the import and pay its taxes.
CIF: we pay ocean freight and insurance to the destination port; from there, customs clearance and local transport are your responsibility.
FOB: we deliver the goods loaded on board at the port in China. Ideal if you already have your own freight forwarder and all your import documentation.
Do you issue invoices in Mexico?
Yes. For purchases made in Mexico you can request your invoice (CFDI) online on our invoicing page.
Where else can I buy from you?
Besides our online store, we sell on TikTok and Mercado Libre. You can also request a quote directly on WhatsApp at +1 (555) 967-3577.
