Order confirmation
Your order is confirmed once the deposit clears. You'll receive an email with the order summary, the deposit receipt and the remaining balance.
Partial Payment Policy (50% Deposit)
Pay in two installments: 50% and 50%
For vending machines and made-to-order products, you can pay a deposit to start production and the balance before shipping. If you prefer, you can also pay 100% online up front.
50% deposit
Paid online when you place your order or accept your quote. This payment starts production.
Production
15 to 55 business days, depending on the product.
50% balance
Paid once production is complete and before shipping. We email you the instructions and payment link.
Shipping
Air: 15 to 29 business days; sea: 30 to 58 business days, depending on the country. The timeline starts once full payment has been received.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge within the first 24 hours. After that, the terms of our Cancellation Policy apply. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, except for manufacturing defects covered by the warranty.
Coupons and promotions
Discount coupons and other promotions may not apply to partial-payment orders unless otherwise stated.
