We work with EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP. In Mexico, our product prices are DDP: they include freight, customs and taxes to the agreed destination.

What people ask us most
Which cities in China do you ship from?
From any port or airport in China. We coordinate pickup with your supplier and bring the goods to the departure point.
Can I combine products from several suppliers?
Yes. We receive the goods from each supplier, inspect them and ship them together as consolidated cargo (LCL) or in a full container.
What documents will I receive?
Depending on the service: a house bill of lading (HBL) or air waybill (AWB), packing list and commercial invoice, plus shipment tracking.
Can you insure my cargo?
Yes. We offer cargo insurance for the international leg. Learn more in Insurance.
How long does a shipment take?
It depends on the shipping method and the country. Express courier takes 7 to 15 business days; for ocean or air freight, we give you the estimated transit time in your quote.
Do I need to speak Chinese or deal with the supplier myself?
No. We coordinate production, pickup and documents with your supplier, and keep you informed in Spanish.
Do I need to be a registered importer to receive my cargo in Mexico?
Not with DDP: we handle customs clearance and pay the import duties and taxes, and you receive your goods at the agreed destination. See the other options in Incoterms.
What if the goods arrive damaged?
That's why we inspect before shipment and recommend insuring your cargo. If you purchased cargo insurance, we'll support you through the claim.
