Helmet sanitizing stations

A helmet sanitizing station cleans, dries and freshens a motorcyclist's helmet in 8 to 12 minutes, and charges for each service on its own. It is a self-service business that runs 24 hours a day at gas stations, parking lots, shopping centers, gyms and delivery hubs.

How the 5-in-1 cycle works

  1. 360° UV-C light inside the chamber.
  2. Nano-sanitizing mist that reaches the inside of the helmet.
  3. Thermal drying at 65 to 70 °C.
  4. Negative ions.
  5. Fragrance at the end.

There are two modes: an 8-minute standard clean and a 12-minute deep clean. Every 5 liters of sanitizing liquid gives roughly 400 to 500 services.

Each model comes in two payment versions: QR only (no cash handling) or QR + coins.

What you need on site

  • 220 V power (works on 110 V with a transformer).
  • Internet via Wi-Fi or cable; the tower models also accept 4G.
  • A roofed spot that motorcyclists can easily see.

Lead times and warranty

Made to order: 15 to 55 business days, plus sea shipping of 30 to 58 business days or air shipping of 15 to 29 business days. In Mexico the DDP price includes freight, duties and taxes to the stated city. 12-month warranty from leaving the factory, on parts against manufacturing defects.
