What is this service for?

Avoid receiving defective merchandise, delays, specification changes, or "surprises" in packaging and labeling. With one professional inspection per day, you reduce risks before paying the balance or before your supplier ships.

This product allows you to choose between:

  1. Factory Audit (to validate the supplier)

  2. Merchandise Inspection (to validate the batch/production)


✅ Option 1: Factory Audit – 8 hours

Recommended if it's a first order, a new supplier, or if you want to confirm that it's actually a factory and not an intermediary.

What we review (depending on allowed access):

  • General supplier profile and capabilities (lines, processes, visible machinery).

  • Internal quality control system (procedures, records, traceability).

  • Organization, plant layout, storage, material handling.

  • Production: capacity, bottlenecks, consistency.

  • Risk signs: unrealistic promises, lack of processes, inconsistencies.

Deliverable:

  • Report with findings + evidence (photos) + risk traffic light (Low/Medium/High).

  • Clear recommendation: proceed / proceed with conditions / discard.


✅ Option 2: Merchandise Inspection (PSI / IPI) – 8 hours

Recommended when production is already ready (or in progress) and you need to decide if it's approved for shipment.

What we review (according to your checklist):

  • Quantity (count), model/SKU, color, variants.

  • Appearance / workmanship, finishes, damages.

  • Measurements and weight; parts and accessories.

  • Basic functionality / agreed quick tests.

  • Packaging: inner/outer box, protection, labels, codes, “shipping marks”.

  • Lot consistency and main defects detected.

AQL sampling (optional):
We can work with AQL sampling (critical / major / minor defects) and batch approval/rejection decisions. This is a common standard for inspection by attributes.

Deliverable:

  • Inspection report with evidence and defect list.

  • Recommendation: approve / approve with rework / reject.
