Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We sell in Mexico and ship worldwide. Air shipping takes 15 to 30 business days and sea shipping 30 to 60 business days, depending on the destination country. Shipping time starts once the order is paid in full.
How does buying made-to-order products work?
For vending machines and made-to-order products, request a custom quote. Once you accept it, you pay a 50% deposit and manufacturing begins (usually 15 to 45 days depending on the model). When it's finished, you pay the remaining 50% and we schedule shipping. You can also pay 100% online.
Does the price include import taxes?
In Mexico, yes. Our prices are DDP: they include import taxes and duties, and you don't have to handle any customs paperwork.
In other countries, depending on the country and the case, we quote DDP (all-inclusive to your destination), DAP (delivered to destination; you handle the import), CIF (freight and insurance paid to the destination port) or FOB (loaded on board in China, for customers with their own freight forwarder and import documentation).
Do you issue invoices in Mexico?
Yes. For purchases made in Mexico you can request your invoice (CFDI) online on our invoicing page.
